1.     What is a business plan and why do I need one?

We will begin by holding a phone consultation to discuss your goals and ideas. Then, we will send you a questionnaire which you will complete to give us an idea of your industry, goals, products/services, and financials. Once we receive the questionnaire, we perform additional market and industry research. Based on both pieces of information, we will then begin writing the business plan. After the plan is drafted, it will be sent through our internal review process to check for accuracy.

5.     How long will it take?

Depending on which package you purchase, you should receive a draft of your business plan within 7 to 10 business days. With prior notification, we will do our best to accommodate clients who require a faster turnaround.

 

6.     Will my plan be customized?

Each business plan is 100% customized to the business and industry, Our plans go through an extensive revision process in which writers and editors review the plan and offer suggestions. This helps ensure that each plan is unique and authentic.

7.     What if my plan needs revision?

Although we are not liable for disapprovals due to issues other than any contained within the plan itself, we will work with you to perfect your plan and correct any mistakes without any additional services charges for 30 days after your receipt of the draft.

8.     Are your plans investor, bank, grant and SBA ready?

Every plan is professionally formatted and packaged and ready to be presented to banks, investors, and SBAs. The Economical and Optimum packages also include ancillary materials such as CD copies.

9.     Which package should I choose?

All three packages consist of the same professional business plans, but each package has different materials which can enhance your prospects. During your consultation, we can discuss in further detail which plan is write for you.

10.   How does the split payment option work?

B2B Solutions understands that starting a business can be expensive; therefore, we offer a split payment option to make the process easier for our clients. Initially, you will be asked to pay half of the total amount, and the remaining balance will be do prior to completion of plan.

11.   Will you let me know when the plan is ready?

Yes we will email you a PDF of the finished plan and further information.

Terms of Agreement

1. Services
Consultant shall perform the Services upon the terms and conditions set forth herein.

2. Compensation
Client shall pay Consultant in full for services rendered within (7) business days of receiving
invoice from Consultant.

3. Standard of Performance.
a. The Services shall be provided in conformance with generally accepted professional standards prevailing at the time the work is performed so as to ensure that the Services performed are correct and appropriate for the purposes contemplated in the Agreement.
b. The Consultant's Services will be satisfactory to Client. In the event that the Client is unsatisfied with the Services or Product, so long as said dissatisfaction is brought to Consultant’s attention in a timely manner, the Consultant will correct the problem within reasonable measures.

4. Confidentiality
Consultant agrees to keep confidential and not to disclose to any party any of Client's
confidential information, including, but not limited to the nature of the Services being performed by Consultant, the terms and conditions of this Agreement, any data submitted to Consultant by Client, any data regarding Client or the Property obtained by Consultant in the course of performing the Services, and all Documents and Reports and any information contained therein, without the prior written approval of Client, which may be withheld in Client's sole discretion.

5. No Personal Liability
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, neither the directors
nor officers of Consulting Firm, shall be personally liable, whether directly or indirectly, by reason of any default by
Client in the performance of any of the obligations of Client under this Agreement.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT WILL B2B SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT, OR OTHER AGENTS OF FIRM BE LIABLE FOR (I) ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, DENIAL AND LOSS OF LOANS AND INVESTMENTS, AND THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, OR ANY INFORMATION, OR TRANSACTIONS PROVIDED ON THE SERVICE, OR ANY DELAY OF SUCH INFORMATION OR SERVICE. EVEN IF BARGAIN BUSINESS PLAN OR ITS AUTHO- RIZED REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR (II) ANY CLAIM ATTRIB- UTABLE TO ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR OTHER INACCURACIES IN THE SERVICE AND/OR MATERIALS OR INFORMATION THROUGH THE SERVICE PROVIDED B2B SOLUTIONS. BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLU- SION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH STATES, B2B SOLUTIONS LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
